How do I use a Delicut promo code in the UAE?
Enter the code in the promo field on the payment page once you have chosen your plan, and the discount shows on the total before you confirm. Current offers are listed above, and the rate can differ for new and existing customers depending on each offer.
- Copy the code from the top of the page, then open Delicut from the store button.
- Choose your goal, your plan, your meal count and the plan length.
- Enter your delivery address and preferred delivery time.
- Paste the code into the promo field on the payment page and complete your order.
Delicut's official terms say discounts and promo codes do not apply to the Essentials plan unless stated otherwise, so check that the coupon covers the plan you picked. You can combine the code with Delicoins points unless the offer says differently.
What is the difference between Performance and Essentials?
Performance is built around a specific goal, with calorie and macro tracking and daily delivery. Essentials is a cheaper everyday plan with a smaller menu and delivery three times a week.
| Point | Performance | Essentials |
|---|---|---|
| Price per meal | AED 35 | AED 22 |
| Delivery | Daily | Three times a week |
| Dishes | 50+ rotating weekly | 15+ rotating weekly |
| Nutrition | Calories and macros tailored to your goal | Calorie-counted only, no personal macro tracking |
| Meals | Set by your plan | Lunch and dinner together, no single meals |
| Coupons and Delicoins | Per offer terms | Not applicable, and no points earned |
| Cancellation and refund | For plans of 4 weeks or more | Not available after purchase |
How much do Delicut meal plans cost in the UAE?
Performance starts from AED 735 a month, and a meal costs AED 35 on Performance and AED 22 on Essentials, according to the official homepage.
The final price depends on your calories, meal count and plan length, whether weekly, monthly or quarterly, and the per-meal price improves the longer you stay. Delicut suggests trying a weekly plan before committing to a longer one, and says it runs first-order promos, referral rewards and seasonal offers during the year. Corporate customers get 5 to 10% off by contacting customer service.
Which plans fit which goal?
Performance plans cover weight loss, muscle gain and balanced healthy eating, and there is a Build Your Own plan for full control.
Build Your Own lets you pick your meal count and portions, raise calories up to 5,000 a day and share one plan between several people under one account. Delicut also offers two plans designed by nutritionists to support PCOS (which it calls PMOS) and diabetes. These are nutritional support tools, not treatment, they do not replace a conversation with your doctor, and Delicut does not recommend subscribing during pregnancy without medical advice.
Does Delicut deliver to my emirate, and when?
Yes if you are in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain: delivery is free across the UAE on the official pages. Al Ain and Al Ghadeer also appear in the site's delivery locations list.
Meals arrive daily except Sundays, and you choose a 5-day schedule from Monday to Friday or a 6-day schedule from Monday to Saturday. You set your delivery time when you create the plan and can change it from your account. If you are not home, morning meals come ice-packed and stay good outside the fridge for up to 4 hours, and the driver retries once on the same day.
How do I choose my meals and change my plan?
The weekly menu goes live every Wednesday with 50+ dishes, and you pick your meals by 12 noon, two days before delivery. If you miss the cut-off, meals are chosen for you based on your past picks and preferences.
From the app or your account you can pause the plan, skip a day, or change your address or delivery slot, as long as you do it by 12 noon two days before delivery. There is no limit on pause length, the plan does not renew automatically, and you get a reminder when it ends. The dish list is fully refreshed every 6 weeks and spans more than 10 global cuisines.
Are Delicut meals halal, and what about allergies?
Yes. Delicut states that every dish on its menu is 100% halal.
Delicut does not sell plans labelled strictly as keto, vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free, but you will find high-protein, low-carb and vegetarian dishes on the menu. Meals are prepared in one kitchen that handles allergens, so Delicut does not promise allergen-free meals; you can only flag ingredients you want to avoid. Meals keep in the fridge for up to 2 days after delivery, and the About page says they are prepared and packed in a HACCP and ISO certified kitchen.
How can I pay, and how do Delicoins work?
Delicut accepts major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and offers instalments through Tabby and Tamara.
Delicoins are loyalty points: you earn 1% of an eligible order, 100 points equal AED 3, and you can redeem a maximum of 20% of a cart's value per order with no minimum spend. Points are a discount only, not cash, they do not expire, and they do not work on Essentials. When you refer a friend, you receive points worth AED 100 once their first eligible order is placed, and your friend gets a discount on that first order.
Can I cancel a subscription and get a refund?
Cancellation and refunds are available on meal plans of 4 weeks or more, and one-week plans cannot be cancelled because they are meant as a trial. Essentials plans are not cancellable or refundable after purchase.
Under Delicut's terms you must cancel through customer care before 12 noon, two days before the delivery date. A cancellation charge of 20% of the original plan rate, excluding discounts, applies, the rest goes back to your original payment method within 14 working days, and loyalty points earned on that order are revoked. There is no refund if you ask after the cut-off, and Delicut does not accept returns.

You manage your plan from the Delicut app: picking meals, changing your address or time, pausing, skipping and renewing. The Delicut website interface is in English, and so are the dish names on the menu.
