What do items cost on the UAE storefront?
Prices span a wide range. In November 2026 the women's page showed, in dirhams, an ASOS DESIGN long-sleeve top at 45 AED, an oversized t-shirt at 70 AED, a backless mini dress at 125 AED and a high-neck maxi dress at 135 AED. Designer and premium pieces, such as embellished ARRANGE dresses, run to several hundred dirhams. Prices move with stock and sales, so treat these as dated examples rather than a price list.
Store sections and brands
The store splits into Women and Men, each with New in, Clothing, Shoes, Accessories, Brands, Face + Body, Activewear and Sale. ASOS's own labels, including ASOS DESIGN, ARRANGE and Topshop, sit beside partner brands such as adidas, Birkenstock, Asics and On, according to the brand sections in the store.
For events there are Occasionwear and Wedding sections, and the dress range includes maxi, midi, mini and wedding guest styles. Fit ranges include Curve & Plus Size, Petite, Tall, Maternity and Fuller Bust, and there is a Modest fashion section.
How to use an ASOS code in the UAE
Every code has its own terms, which its Rajli page spells out: whether it is for a new customer's first order, whether it excludes items or countries, and whether it expires. ASOS warns that a code may be sent to one account and tied to its email address, so use it on the account it reached.
Codes cannot be combined in one order, because ASOS's official terms allow a single promo code, and they do not apply to delivery charges or gift vouchers. If you return an item after using a code, the refund may be adjusted when the order no longer meets the code's conditions.
Does ASOS deliver to the UAE, and how long does it take?
Yes, the UAE is on the official country list. In November 2026 the delivery page estimated standard delivery at roughly eight days and express delivery at roughly four days, provided you order before the cut-off times. These estimates shift with order time and busy periods, so the date in your own basket is the reference.
ASOS pays VAT when the shipment enters the country, and the customer pays any other duties or taxes if they apply. Some items ship from a different warehouse, so one order can arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking link.
ASOS Premier in dirhams
Premier in the UAE costs 200 AED a year. It gives free standard delivery on every order with no minimum spend and free express delivery on orders over 150 AED after discounts, according to the delivery services page. If you order several times a year, add up the delivery fees in your current basket and compare them with 200 AED.
Returns from the UAE
You can return unwanted items within 28 days of receiving the order, and the money goes back to the original payment method, with ASOS aiming to refund within 14 days of the parcel arriving. You start on the returns platform, which then emails a QR code or label, and carriers and drop-off points depend on where you are. The UAE page does not state a fee or a free return outright, so check the cost on the platform before you confirm the return.
An item sent back worn or without tags may be refused, and opened face and body products are not refunded. There is no direct exchange, so if you need another size or colour, place a new order.
The ASOS app: what does it add?
The app offers Style Match: tap the camera icon in the search bar, upload a photo or screenshot, and ASOS shows similar items. The For You tab suggests items from your browsing and purchases, and Saved Items keeps pieces you want to revisit. You can change country and currency in settings, through My Account and the settings icon on iPhone, or the side menu and Settings on Android.
ASOS items versus partner items
Some items are sold and shipped by ASOS Brand Partners, arrive in separate shipments, and are not covered by promo codes. You can spot them from the sold and shipped by wording on the product page. If ASOS ships the item itself, the usual returns process applies.
Payment and currency in the UAE
