Where can you buy Kizik in the UAE?
The brand's official store in the country is kizik.ae, operated by Alyasra General Trading from its base in the Dubai Airport Free Zone. The About page describes the company as Kizik's independent distributor in the UAE and the sole owner of the site, and you can switch between Arabic and English on the site itself.
How do you apply a Kizik code in the UAE?
Pick the shoe and size, add it to the cart and open checkout. Paste the code into the discount box, press apply, and look for the discount line in the order summary before you pay.
Some codes carry conditions, such as a list of eligible models or a minimum basket value. Those conditions sit under the offer at the top of the page, and if the store publishes another offer on selected styles, read its terms before trying to stack the two.
How much do Kizik shoes cost in dirhams?
Listed prices on kizik.ae run from AED 199 to AED 620 in the catalogue published in November 2026. Examples on display include the women's Athens 2 at AED 580 and the Freedom Run at AED 620.
Prices change with the season, so rely on the figure on the product page and on the total at checkout.
Delivery to your door in the UAE
Standard delivery costs AED 15 on orders under AED 200 and is free once your order reaches AED 200. The official shipping page estimates two to three days, and an order may arrive in separate shipments depending on where each item is fulfilled.
Buy now, pay later with Tamara or Tabby
The store's top bar announces that Tamara or Tabby can be used on a buy-now-pay-later basis, and product cards carry a pay-later line too. The instalment limit and number of payments are set by the provider, and you see them when you choose the service at checkout.
Can you return Kizik shoes in the UAE?
Yes. Kizik gives you 14 days from delivery inside the country to change your mind, provided the shoes are unworn and come in the original box with all extras. The key difference is that money does not go back to your card: the official page states an exchange or a credit note from one of the brand's nearby stores.
| Service | Details |
|---|---|
| Return from home | AED 15 for the courier to collect from your address |
| Exchange from home | AED 30 in total: AED 15 to collect and AED 15 to deliver the replacement |
| Alternative to pickup | Visit the nearest store with a printed order confirmation |
How does a hands-free shoe work?
The heel holds a flexible arc that gives way under your foot as it enters, then springs back fast to lock the heel. On its story page the brand explains that Flex Arc is a low-profile recoil arc, that Internal Cage is a set of criss-crossed ribs hidden inside the shoe, and that its newest designs build the technology into the outsole itself.
Sizes and kids' shoes
The size guide on the site lists US, UK, EU and centimetre tables for women and men, plus kids' charts. The UAE store carries men's, women's and kids' shoes, including Kids Athens 2, along with models such as Lima 2, Siena, Prague 2, Vegas 2, Madrid 2, Monaco and Freedom Trail.
Reaching customer service in the UAE
The number printed on the contact page is 04 214 7999, and the email is help@cs.alyasra.com. The About page also gives the company's Dubai address, so you can see who is responsible for your order.
Three things to check before paying
- The total in dirhams after the discount, plus shipping if it is under AED 200.
- Your size against the centimetre table, since returns here mean an exchange or credit rather than a cash refund.
- The Tamara or Tabby option if you would rather split the payment.
