How to Use the R&B Coupon at Checkout
- Open the store page on Rajli and copy the code from the UAE offer card.
- Go to the R&B Fashion website and choose the UAE in the location selector at the top.
- Add items to your basket after picking size and colour.
- On the basket or checkout page, find the discount or voucher field and paste the code.
- Check that the total has dropped, then review shipping fees and payment method before ordering.
Coupon Terms to Check Before You Pay
The campaign data lists no included or excluded products, so check these in your basket:
- The discount appears in the order summary, or the total falls after you paste the code.
- Whether items already on sale are covered. We do not have that information.
- App or first-order promotions on the site. Whether they can be combined with the coupon is unknown.
- The effect of a return: under store policy, returning an item that was part of a promotion means losing its discount.
- Shipping and cash on delivery fees, which are charged separately from the coupon.
Men's Clothing and Footwear at R&B UAE
The men's section is split into clothing, activewear, footwear and accessories. Clothing covers T-shirts, polo shirts, jeans, joggers, chinos, shorts and hoodies, footwear includes formal shoes, sandals and boots, and accessories range from bags and wallets to caps, sunglasses and belts. Add one item first and see how the code changes the price before building a bigger basket.
Women's Fashion, Activewear and Accessories
The women's category covers dresses, tops and tunics, jeans, outerwear, swimwear and co-ord sets, plus activewear, sleepwear, footwear, bags, hair accessories and scarves. The returns policy does not accept lingerie, inner wear, jewellery, perfumes or toiletries, so choose those items carefully.
Kids' Clothing and School Essentials
Kids' clothing is sorted by age and gender: girls and boys from 0 to 2, 2 to 8 and 8 to 16 years. The category also lists footwear, backpacks, lunch boxes, stationery and toys. The returns policy limits some kids' products once unpacked, so keep the packaging and invoice.
Shipping to the UAE: Fees and Free-Delivery Threshold
The official shipping page says orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, and arrival depends on the product and order time:
| Item | What R&B publishes |
|---|
| Free shipping | Orders above AED 50 |
| Fee for smaller orders | AED 10 |
| Cash on delivery | An extra AED 20 |
The Arabic version of the shipping page shows different thresholds and fees, so treat the fee shown at checkout as final. If you miss a delivery, the courier calls to reschedule.
Payment Methods at R&B UAE
Prices are shown in dirhams. The returns policy mentions cards, Tabby and PayPal, and the shipping page mentions cash on delivery for an extra fee. Checkout shows what is available for your order.
Returns and Refunds Within 14 Days
- Window: return products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery, with the invoice and all accessories.
- Route: online return is the stated route, with customer service for cases such as buy-one-get-one offers.
- Not accepted: lingerie, inner wear, jewellery, perfumes, toiletries, and used or misused items.
- Exchanges: not offered at present, so return the item and buy the size or colour you want.
- Refunds: the money goes back to the card, bank account or Tabby account, and VAT is refunded.
Order Tracking, Customer Service and the App
Follow your order from My Orders in your account or from the order number in your confirmation email. The Contact Us page offers a message form, and care@randbfashion.com appears in the site footer. R&B also has an app on the App Store and Google Play. The Click & Collect page describes free store pickup, but the shipping page says it is unavailable, so wait until the option appears at checkout.
