Orders inside Dubai arrive within two hours if you complete them before 8 pm, while the other emirates rely on same-day or next-day delivery. Every fee disappears once the order passes AED 500.

Beauty, returns and exchanges in the UAE
Ounass gives you 30 days from delivery to return most orders for free, but it does not accept returns of skincare, fragrance, makeup or haircare, nor underwear, earrings or candles. If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact customer care to arrange its return within the same period.
Returns are arranged by calling 800 686277 or through My Orders, and the parcel is collected from your address. Accepted items are refunded after inspection: cards through your bank in 5 to 14 working days, and cash-on-delivery orders as store credit with no expiry. Tabby and Tamara refunds follow each provider's terms.
The UAE is the only Ounass country that offers size exchanges, one item at a time, within 30 days and for the same product. Orders paid with PayPal or buy-now-pay-later services are not eligible, nor are orders placed with a discount code, so factor that in before deciding.
Payment in the UAE: Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery
Ounass UAE accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay and store credit, and cash on delivery on orders up to AED 30,000 for a AED 25 fee. For instalments, Tabby covers AED 10 to AED 20,000 and Tamara AED 1 to AED 20,000, under each provider's terms.
Credit-card purchases can also be converted into monthly bank instalments at checkout, which appear on your statement within 5 to 7 days. PayPal charges in US dollars with a conversion fee, and if you return or cancel, ask your bank to stop the instalment plan.
UAE-only perks: Beauty Rewards and tourist VAT refunds
Beauty Rewards is currently available in the UAE only and is granted automatically once your beauty spend reaches AED 3,000 within a rolling 12 months. It brings free samples, free next-day delivery on beauty orders over AED 300 and early access to launches, and its tracking runs in the Ounass iOS app.
Non-resident visitors can reclaim part of the VAT through Planet Tax Free: 87% of the VAT less AED 3.60 per transaction, with a AED 250 minimum and export within 90 days in sealed packaging.
Ounass promo codes: terms and why they fail
A promo code works once, cannot be swapped for cash, cannot be combined with another offer or sale, and only one applies per order. Fine jewellery and selected brands are excluded unless stated, so if your total does not drop, check the expiry, the terms and whether the item is already discounted.
A first order through the app, after you log in or create an account, gets 10% off full-price items, excluding fine jewellery and excluded brands. A gift with purchase has a minimum spend and ends when stock does.
