Is there a DKNY discount code for the UAE?
The codes available right now appear at the top of this page together with their conditions. Open dkny.ae, add your items to the bag, go to checkout, then paste the code into the discount code field and press apply.
If you pay with Tabby or Tamara, make sure the discount shows in the total before you continue, and remember that the amount on the checkout page is the one that counts.
What does DKNY sell in the UAE?
The front of the site is built around the women's range: everyday clothing, active wear under the DKNY Sport name, bags, shoes, and accessories that include jewelry, scarves, sunglasses and watches. There is also a fragrance section and a gifts corner.
The site gives denim its own landing page, then sections for tees and tops, jackets and blazers, sweaters, dresses and jumpsuits. In DKNY Sport you will find leggings, joggers, sweatshirts and sports bras for the gym or for comfortable clothes at home.

UAE delivery: when does shipping become free?
Standard shipping takes 2 to 3 days and costs 15 AED on orders under 200 AED. It becomes free from 200 AED, according to the official shipping page. If your bag is close to the limit, one small extra item may save you the fee.
Your order can arrive in more than one parcel depending on where the items are fulfilled.
Paying with Tabby, Tamara and cards
The store lets you split a payment into 4 equal instalments with Tabby or Tamara at no extra cost, and accepts Visa and MasterCard with no additional fee on card orders, according to the official payment page. The page does not mention cash on delivery.
If your card is declined, check that your bank has enabled online shopping for it and that you completed the 3D Secure step.
DKNY UAE returns: a credit note, not a card refund
You have 14 days from delivery or in-store pickup within the UAE to change your mind, as long as items are “unworn and in the same condition in which they were received”, in the official wording, with the original box and extras. The money is issued as a credit note from DKNY stores.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective. A doorstep pickup costs 15 AED for a return and 30 AED for an exchange (15 AED to collect the item and 15 AED to deliver the replacement), or you can take it to the nearest store with a copy of your order confirmation.
Collect your order from a store in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
Store collection is free inside the UAE. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick a store. The order is usually ready within 48 hours depending on stock, with an email and a WhatsApp message. If you do not collect it within 7 days it is cancelled and the money is issued as a credit note within 14 business days.
