FWRD offers and coupons for UAE shoppers

FWRD states on its official page that returns from the UAE are free. The steps it describes: generate the return label on a dedicated page by entering your order number and email, download it as a PDF, pack the item and attach the label, and Skynet collects it on the day you choose.
A return is generally processed 7 to 10 business days after arrival, and you receive a confirmation email. The store requires pieces to be unworn with original tags and sent back within 30 days of receipt. Its seasonal policy for 2026 is that between 1 November and 25 December it accepts returns that reach it before 10 January even if they pass the 30-day mark. A few items carry a Final Sale label and cannot be refunded.
Dirhams on screen, dollars at checkout
You can pick the UAE dirham from the currency menu at the top of the site to see prices in your own currency, but the official payment page says the charge is made in US dollars. Your card statement may therefore show a dirham amount slightly different from the figure displayed, depending on the exchange rate and your bank's policy, which is exactly what the page advises asking your bank about.
The payment gateway takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB, and PayPal is offered to shoppers whose card carries none of those logos. The page does not mention cash on delivery or Tabby, so confirm both at the payment step before counting on them.
